It was my first time staying at Crowne Plaza Yujiang. The service provided by the guest relations manager Tayler was exemplary! She followed up the whole process from booking to check-in. Seeing that I was an IHG Diamond member, she took the initiative to coordinate the upgrade of the executive room type and also thoughtfully prepared office equipment and meeting guides. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive from the Wuhou business district. The rooms are well soundproofed and suitable for business negotiations.
