Fairly new hotel, clean bathroom and bedroom. Clean sheets and linens. Cosy environment, courteous staff throughout. Minutes walk metro. Had a pleasant stay here. Good value

首先啊，選到麗楓是看中是連鎖，以為全國都差不多統一的程度。來了成都雙流的這家店，我算是開眼了。來的第一天問了一下停車問題，前台講川普，聽不懂又問了一遍，那個女前台明顯不耐煩了，很生硬的回了一句，請問你們職業素養在哪裡？第二，因為想補買個早餐券，因為兩個人要住五六天，前台推薦半個會員，這邊贈送早餐，好好好辦了，結果第二天上去快七點了，還沒有早餐，告知七點半才開始。我想問下你家提供的是早餐還是早茶？趕早班機的住客是不是要餓死在你們家？第三，酒店隔音非常非常非常差，來出差辦事，住的幾天就沒有睡過一天好覺，要麼排個隔壁大半夜進來的，要麼排到隔壁聚眾喝酒喧鬧的，半夜十二點，打前台電話投訴，知道他們怎麼解決的嗎？給隔壁打個電話，忍無可忍家屬下樓去找前台，要求慎重提醒隔壁，他們才派個保安上來，告訴他們，你們小點聲，是隔壁投訴你們了，結果嘛，就是隔壁更加瘋狂的報復，忍無可忍之下，我自己敲門警告試圖溝通，這時候保安來精神了，對着我吹鼻子瞪眼睛，請問你們的服務若是有所作為，誰樂意替你們整治酒店環境？也請問這個酒店的保安和服務人員，半夜應該值夜班守一方平安的時候，你們為什麼在十樓聚眾麻將？你們酒店不要太離譜，安全服務要什麼沒什麼。以上是本人全部真實感受，後續也會繼續將你們酒店的情況反饋給麗楓公司，不要打電話騷擾我，我也不需要你們的補償！做不下去就早點關門，別敗壞連鎖品牌的名聲！

房間衞生處理不好，早上太吵了，鄰接學校吧應該是一早上好吵，走廊也是別的顧客走過來就是很吵傳到房間，收拾的早上的阿姨儲藏房間應該是備品備件那種東西換的毛巾之類的，開關聲音很大也很吵在房間都能聽到。這個晾衣架也很獨特還是個斜角，要是不注意洗澡和晾衣服都能直接懶到脖子感覺，洗浴室的門洗澡外面就會一灘水，推拉門都不畢業和馬桶共用一個門。外面一不注意都感覺能滑倒，就把地墊毛巾放下去拖鞋也是會淋濕

現在在網上定酒店，要考察你的理解能力、分析問題能力、觀察細節能力，需要仔細看清每一句話，就跟“用户須知”和一本幾百頁的合同一樣，一定要很仔細的閲讀裏面的某句話某句內容，否則容易吃虧。 中轉成都多次，每次都是在機場旁邊定酒店，大概看一下價格和是否有接送機服務就下定了，基本操作都是下飛機後給商家打電話，商家安排接機，然後取完行李差不多就等到司機了。 但這一次沒按常理出牌，商家説接機需要提前一天預約，我説不好意思我不知道，能不能臨時安排個車接一下，商家説確實不好意思，沒有提前預約的話沒法安排。好吧，我衹能自己打車走，到前台後，我説我確實沒太注意你們有提前一天預約的規定。我説那我現在提前預約一下明天的送機吧，畢竟要吃一塹長一智嘛，也確實怪我定酒店的時候沒仔細看。前台説，對不起先生，明天是週六，我們沒法安排送機，我們衹能安排週一到週五。我？？？？ 額，好吧，本來是圖個方便，想着有接送機，結果都讓我完美的錯過了。你説商家沒提前告知吧，它詳情頁裏面確實告知了，你説告知了吧，我衹是定個酒店，圖個方便，我沒時間去做閲讀理解，也沒空把詳情頁裏面的內容全讀一遍。建議商家把須知內容改成“酒店週末不提供接送機服務，其他時段請提前一天預約”，這樣一來，言簡意賅，也節約大家的時間。另外，我住的是個酒店，給我出具的發票銷售方竟然是一個燃氣技術公司，我很難理解，是抵税？還是加盟原因導致？ 但我覺得既然我住的是麗楓酒店，給我開票的不應該也是麗楓酒店嗎？正常邏輯不應該如此嗎？協調未果，最後聯繫攜程官方給我開的票。 所以這次酒店住宿體驗並不是很好。
但讓我很是詫異的是，這可是全國連鎖的“麗楓”啊，我也是奔着名氣去的，但你們處理問題與解決的問題的水平就這？沒有車，可否站在客户的角度考慮問題，臨時安排一下？路程也不過十分鐘。週末不送機，可否給客户一下其他建議或處理方案？ 客户有問題需求，作為一個企業，應該是幫客户解決問題，而不是用所謂的“告知”與“規定”搪塞客户。從細節上做好，才能讓企業有更好的發展，否則，砸的恐怕不僅僅衹是自己的招牌。

非常差的一次體驗。每次出去玩衹要有麗楓基本都會住，這次非常失望，設施沒問題主要是人，前台小哥太拉垮了，第一件讓人暴躁的事，早上趕飛機時間很緊張，有個東西不確定是不是落在房間了，房間在七樓等電梯非常慢，就讓前台小哥聯繫收拾客房的服務人員幫看一眼。小哥説上面沒有人，你自己去看唄（原話）。… 無奈我爸爸六十多還跟着我跑上跑下，去7樓看，結果收拾客房的人就在收拾我對面的房間？？？這個小哥聯繫都沒聯繫就直接告訴我上面沒有人，這一來回耽誤十幾分鍾。第二件事然後我們的車要出停車場，抬桿不抬，我爸找前台，小哥説跟他沒有關係？？？我去找，説他們在聯繫，説保安會出去看，等了幾分鐘完全沒看到保安，去裏面再找前台説我們飛機趕不上了，才有個女生前台跑出去聯繫保安，半個小時才出去，真的讓人很暴躁，要不是我的素質在這，我真的要當場罵人了，太垃圾了…一個好酒店被這一個人耽誤了，以後我都不想住麗楓了。

在網上看了好久，也對比了好多家酒店，最後選擇了這家酒店，果然沒有讓人失望，從雙流機場過來地鐵就兩站路，出地鐵口走了兩三分鐘就到了酒店，酒店是獨棟的，大堂很氣派，前台的服務也很好，前台的帥哥還給我免費升級了房間，服務很到位，也很貼心，預訂了一個叫醒服務，早上準時給我打了電話，還提醒我天氣情況，下來辦理退房的時候還給我準給了外帶的早餐，房間很乾凈，很新的一家酒店，床睡着很舒服，衞生也做的很到位，因為走的比較早，沒有趕上接送機的時間，工作人員説現在是試營業期間，接送機服務衹開通了早上9.00到下午18.00，很人性化的酒店，走的時候不小心把充電器落在了房間，因為是攜程免查房，所以當時沒有發現，十點多的時候飛機落地就看到工作人員發來的短訊提醒，雖然東西不值錢，但是他們負責的態度很讓人暖心，必須五星好評，以後來成都出差就認準這一家酒店了！
