公寓很臟，進去洗澡，在裏面開不開了，嚇**了，敲了半天門，後來想到把門的把手拽下來才出來，那種恐懼感誰懂呀！東北人的一個老闆，衹是淡淡地説感謝我對她的理解，理解個毛呀！我快被嚇尿了

非常非常滿意，尤其是房間裏面有一個弔籃，孩子喜歡，還跟我説她不出去玩了，要在房間裏面玩弔籃。房東大姐是一東北人，人特別好，我想洗衣服還給我找來了洗衣液，離海洋極地公園特別近，出門幾分鐘就到了，接連住了兩晚，非常滿意。

小區裏很多個公寓酒店，幾乎都差不多，貴點便宜點差異不大，很方便的地方，門口有個賣福州魚丸的還是挺不錯，可以試試

酒店離海洋公園很近！而且樓下就是各種小吃攤，晚上出來吃宵夜很方便！唯一不足的就是地鐵站遠了點。

酒店老闆很熱情，有些小需求都盡力滿足了，酒店在公寓內，酒店外面很多小吃比較熱鬧，離兩個地鐵站口走路10分鐘左右。
