衞生情況很糟糕。院子和公共區域都破敗不堪。指紋門鎖形同虛設，管家説有監控，鎖不鎖都可以，窗户基本都關不上。茶台，茶具，馬桶，浴缸全是臟的。非常差的體驗。

店裡的帥叔叔幽默又養眼，姐姐做蛋撻的技術很好，服務真的很好，房間的小童床和公仔很受孩子歡迎，一樓的茶室很有格調，環境非常好，看了N家才選了這家住了兩晚，臨走看到店家新種了櫻桃樹和牡丹花，期待再來時能多住幾天，有些意猶未盡。

房間比較大，環境很幽靜，小院子如果好好打理會很舒服，但老闆比較佛系，沒有太用心經營的樣子，院裏有烈犬見人就叫容易嚇退客人，另外抽水馬桶還是壞的，水壓太低沖不了水，衞生也一般，表面有明顯污漬，希望可以改進

民宿設計的有特色房間，多個紗窗就好了，大床+雙層小童床，挺有意思。早飯自己包的抄手不錯。喝下午茶的環境還行。餐廳加書房休閑的設計挺好。

很不錯的民宿，環境清幽，搭配古箏和笛子的聲音，很有意境。能讓人暫時脱離城市喧囂，放鬆自己。老闆娘人也很好，還帶我們學習了宋代點茶法和香道，真的學到了很多。對了，他們家還養了兩條狗，跳跳和9527，跳跳很活潑，9527那簡直太帥了！！！還有衹叫咪咪的小貓
小朋友也很可愛，帶我們到處觀察了民宿的各個地方，下雨的時候窗外的魚塘很好看，拍照打卡很不錯！
總體來説我覺得是一次很好的體驗！老鴨湯也好吃，大家去了一定要觀摩小老闆的畫作哦，很驚艷，哈哈哈
