The decoration style of the hotel room is very warm, the environment is good, the health is good, the room is large, the bedding is super comfortable, the WI-FI is very fast, the price is affordable, the price is good, the service is warm and intimate, the room is soundproofed, and the problem of staying is called the front desk. They will solve my problem quickly. The bus and subway taxis are very convenient. It feels like going home. I am very satisfied with the experience of staying here.

The hotel is located very clise to Tianfu 3rd steet metro station that you can go to snywhere in Chengdu. The room is very good over our expectation, it's very worth of money we have paid for room charge. Room is very big and clean. There is a washing machine and detergent for travellers who need to wash their clothing.

I saw the picture before and knew that the room was big, but I didn't expect it to be so big. The two large suitcases were spread out and there was surplus. This was too friendly to families with children. There is nothing to say about hygiene, the bedding is dry and refreshing, and there is a smell of sunshine. What surprised me most was that there was a small corner at the front desk, which provided several very local seals, which can be covered in their own book for free. This small design is particularly thoughtful. The courtyard in the morning is particularly beautiful, the green plants are very careful, although the breakfast is not a super luxurious buffet, but the taste is really homely and delicious, especially the bowl of freshly cooked noodles, is a hotel that will want to recommend to friends and will come back next time! Of course, there is also a small place to mention: the location of the hotel is not in the core scenic spot, but it is very quiet. It is also a starting price to take a taxi to the downtown area, which has little impact. Instead, I think it is an advantage.

出來住酒店還是比較相信連鎖品牌，這家店服務還是非常不錯，我們是晚上到的，大廳還有銀耳粥可以喝。因為是和家人一起來的所以定了雙床，床墊睡着很舒服，前台給升級了商務的房間。早餐就是自助餐，牛奶咖啡什麼都挺齊全的，樓下買東西也方便，旁邊有一家大潤發，非常巴適，值得推薦！

Unfortunately, the hotel as right now is quite far from omotenashi concept it has. The hotel itself is newly built and has hands down great Japanese-style design of all public places. Rooms are also beautiful, despite very strange Japanese sockets instead of Chinese one ( the room has only 1 (!) local socket in bathroom). Why it was done - huge secret for me. Swimming pool is nice, but staff there cannot provide swimming caps smoothly, showers get easily clogged, though facilities are new. Reception process is also very hectic, especially on the check in stage - wait time for this number of people (very moderate at 23.00) was totally unacceptable for 5 star. The process itself was not smooth as well. Last points are the best and the worst parts of the hotel. The best is breakfast, which was very good both in terms of variety and quality of food. At the Nikko hotels level that I have stayed in Japan. Nothing bad to say about everything related to food. The worst part is location - as of May 2025 - it is simply construction site all around the hotel. It is hard to get to the hotel, hard to order taxi as it takes a lot of time to find a way to you. If you come via taxi, 3 out 4 times we were brought to the building next by and need to go through the underground parking to get to the hotel, as normal passage is blocked by construction. Just get across the street to the mall on the opposite side of the road is 1.5 km walking. So you are literally isolated from the rest of the city. I have booked this hotel due to May holidays peak prices and relative proximity to the area around Global trade center mall, but due to the road repairs it also have taken far more time than it should. All in all, may be if you want a hotel for a night to have a rest between you r long transfer flights and are not going into the city - it is ok option. Other than that - I would not recommend at this point of time.

I have stayed in many hotels, and this is the only time I encountered a problem. One thing is not so good, that is, the flushing sensor for men to urinate seems to be not very sensitive. After I urinated in the afternoon of the first day of my check-out, the flushing sensor may not have sensed it at that time, and I guess I didn’t flush, which led to the whole bathroom being ugly when I went to the toilet the next morning. Hygiene: Everything is quite clean. One thing is that on the day I checked in, I found that there was a piece of construction waste on the floor of the washing area in the hotel room, which seemed to be a cement block. Environment: The hotel environment is not bad, close to the river, and it is not bad for a walk at night. Service: The hotel staff is quite enthusiastic and can also help collect express delivery.
