酒店前台服務可以，還幫忙洗衣服，洗好又派機器人送到房間👍👍。就是酒店大堂不是很大，還有停車場進口路邊也有停車，有時運氣差遇到大車也停在入口，開進去是真考驗技術。酒店的房間設施還算滿意👍

挺好的，但是隔音還是差一點，晚上隔壁一直聊天能聽到，廁所門是趟門，關不嚴實，然後一開房門就可以看到廁所了，總覺得去廁所不安心

郴州是個好地方。他的位置剛好這家酒店的位置剛好就在郴州西站附近。還是蠻好找的，然後配套設施都算完善。但是房間的衞生還有待改進，整體體驗都不錯，早餐也好吃。
