The front desk staff provided excellent service. Our south-facing room had large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing great natural light. Since I didn't have time to do laundry, the staff kindly helped wash and dry my clothes and delivered them back to my room. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

There are many food supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and first-class service. The lobby manager is patient and meticulous, and he tirelessly helped me solve my personal needs of "requesting a non-smoking room". . . In the end, I was upgraded to a suite, which is spacious, bright and fresh. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious. The surrounding food recommendation "Xingxing Wuxin Family Kitchen" is 200 meters away from the hotel. Authentic Hunan specialty food, especially recommended chopped pepper fish head and stir-fried yellow beef. . . The shortcoming is that there are too many people in the hotel gym! ! "My first visit to Dongjiang Lake was in June. I spotted a beautiful building across from the scenic area and, curious enough, went to check it out. It had been renovated but wasn't open yet. This time, I happened to have the opportunity to visit Xiaodongjiang again with my family. I saw this hotel on the hotel list and booked it without hesitation. Overall, my stay was excellent and exceeded my expectations. 1. Cleanliness: This new hotel was spotless, with no signs of wear and tear. The room was odorless, and they even provided an air purifier. 2. Aesthetics: The hotel is located on the banks of the Dongjiang River, offering a breathtaking view of the lake and distant mountains. The ground floor and outdoor areas are also well-designed, perfect for relaxing and taking photos, creating a unique scene with every step. Furthermore, the large public areas, including the lobby bar and swimming pool, offer minimal traffic and a high degree of privacy. During my entire stay, I rarely encountered other guests. 3. Service: Excellent, with requests addressed promptly. 4. Activities: There are activities like Song Dynasty tea tasting and river boat rides, perfect for families. 5. Food: Since we only have 40-50 guests per day, the breakfast area is relatively small and the selection is limited, but the quality is acceptable. The meat dishes and freshly squeezed juices are standard for a hotel. 6. Some details, like the balcony bathtub and the children's care kits, are also nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will return."

The rooms are clean and the service is great. The local specialty fish noodles for breakfast are especially worth recommending!"

"I really learned a lot. The tatami room didn’t even have a mattress, just a quilt on the floor. After sleeping for one night, my whole body ached for two days and it still didn’t feel better. In addition, when I lifted the quilt, I found hair and other people’s body fluids. , the sheets and duvet covers were not changed 😤 There were no bathrobes and disposable slippers in the room. I called three times but they still didn't come. I spent more than 600 for this service and environment. The room was not big. It was empty early the next morning. I think the decoration sounds and the breakfast are very ordinary, but there are many categories of things, but there are not many things that I am really interested in. The hot spring area is very small, and there are only a few pools. It is extremely dirty, so I just soaked in it the whole time. It's broken, don't come here, just take some photos, because it's not finished yet, so there are only a few spots where you can take photos and make a movie."
