在甦仙區黨校裏面，經濟實惠安全，乾淨，但不能要求太高。適合郴州旅遊的過渡酒店，位置方便。附近有吃早餐的地方。

還沒入住，就有客服電話過來詢問需要不需要先打開空調，登記時順手把我們的身份證給裝了套，走的時候主動幫我們拿行李，還送了春節期間為客人準備的小禮品，一切看似習以為常的舉動都讓旅行在外的人感覺到貼心、温暖，賓至如歸

比大部分賓館乾淨多了，有一點點灰塵。晚上睡覺也安靜，就是可能點外賣不方便。電吹風放在電視機下面。服務特別好，無按金，退房還送了兩瓶水。
