Great location, walking distance to most of the attractions.

Fantastic location in the heart of Chester. The room also had an iron and ironing board which was a godsend as we were travelling to a number of locations and living out of the suitcase 😳

Good location, service could be better with more staff.

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent place in the centre of Chester for shops and the Christmas market. Lovely rooms and excellent service in the restaurant. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

I recently stayed here 2 nights as I was getting married at the registry office, everything about the hotel was fantastic but I want to give a shout out to the young woman on recpetion who was very polite and friendly and arranged for some procecco in the room which we found after the wedding it was a lovely touch thank you

Lovely room, very quiet considering its city centre and building work is best by. Room was a little warm but overall would stay again

the Heating wasn't working, the Room wasn't very clean it needs updating.

Good hotel, good location, good facilities. Parking not the best but city centre hotel so this is usually the case

Brilliant hotel loved it

This room type is just right for three people traveling together. The location is very good, just in the urban area, it is convenient to go everywhere, and you can park. There is a gym and a swimming pool, the breakfast is also good, and the price/performance ratio is okay
