The room is very beautiful, but you must not book the Kumon Suite (it is in the farthest corner of the hotel, with no bright windows, so the lighting is very bad, and of course the ventilation is not good). You must not do it, even if you spend a little more money to book another room type. The hotel staff can meet the most basic etiquette standards and specifications, and are professional, but lack the ability to deal with emergencies, and cannot really think about problems from the perspective of the guests. The price of this reservation is 1500+. I think this is not in line with the level of hotels in this price range. If it is just the most ordinary smiling service The Q&A service is what all hotels in Chiang Mai with a budget of 300+ can provide. The room is very clean and tidy, that's for sure. However, I left out a brand new bottle of sunscreen when I checked out. When I went back to pick up my luggage in the afternoon, the staff insisted that they couldn't find it. This was really disappointing. I was 100% sure that it was on the bedside table in the hotel and I had evidence because I took a photo at the last second before leaving the room. It was also shown in the photo. When I went back to get it in the afternoon, they said it wasn't there. The male waiter at the front desk did try hard to help find it. It wasn't his problem. The housekeeping didn't ask, and in the end, it wasn't there. Well, that's it. I hope the hotel management can see this review and I hope this hotel will get better and better.

When we checked out, the hostel said that the hair dryer bag in our room was missing and asked us to compensate 300. We said we didn't take it and then opened our suitcase to show them. They said we might have taken it out and thrown it away. We paid 2000 yuan a night for two days. Why did they throw away a hair dryer cover? And this cover is not worth the money.
