I spent a few nights here in November 2025. The cost was reasonable enough. My room. Was on the 2nd floor. Outside the room areas has a slightly septic smell, but in the hallway of the rooms and in the rooms the smell was ok. The beds were comfortable but maybe a little hard and the water pressure was ok. One thing I did not like about the bathroom was that there was a septic smell coming from the shower drain the morning after taking a shower. I needed to have housekeeping come and clean the bathroom just for that problem. The hotel is not very centrally located, however it is only about a 20 min walk to the bus station. Though there is not a scooter rental place very close, the hotel staff will call a rental place and have a scooter delivered and then picked up when you leave.

We stay here every time we travel to Chiang Rai.
This hotel is located in a convenient location close to downtown, Saturday street fair, and other tourist attractions. The room is clean and spacious with all amenities. Breakfast is recommended in buffet style. Staff provide great and friendly service.

I had a wonderful stay at Work Den Hotel. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped, making my trip very comfortable. A special shoutout to Amy at the front desk, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm welcome truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

The pillow smells like they didnt change the cover for couple of days. The room is very humid and there is moldy smell around.
Cleanliness need improvement.
