We are 3 people stayed there for 2 nights.
At the very beginning the door lock wasn’t working and it took 2 hours for them to resolve. I couldn’t do anything at that time.
Then I asked for Vegetarian breakfast in the morning they gave us sandwiches, without baking. When we asked for another one then they told that the kitchen is busy.
The next day we told reception to prepare sandwiches again so we can leave for Chiang Mai, they gave us 3 sandwiches when we asked for 5 and the staff asked us that we cannot go to restaurant.
It’s really very difficult for a vegetarian to choose this hotel. Rest the hotel staff is good

The service is as good as it gets. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are nice and big and clean.
The breakfast was great.
The location is about 10 minutes from the action.
Improvements could be better wifi, channels on the TV and more reliable hotel water.

Nak Nakara is conveniently located and everything is a short walk away. The staff provided me with a map and highlighted places to go and things to see, which I found to be quite helpful. The room was fairly clean although I did see a few ants in the room. Breakfast was more traditional Thai but did cater fairly well for foreign visitors. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend them.

The best and best overall value luxury Boutique hotel in Chiang Rai.The incredible professional and caring staff, Lovely surroundings and the best and cleanest pool. Very good breakfast. Easy walking to the clock tower, walking street for weekend market.
The hotel can arrange value tours and 300 baht cooking class!!

Service here was excellent. Loved the room, especially the quiet fan. Had a great night's sleep here. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights

Nice hotel in garden like surrounding, big swimming pool, very friendly staff, comfortabel big room with good bed, big choice of food for breakfast, restaurants and shops nearby.
