Nice view from the top floor, great big bed, very helping and smiling ladies at the reception.
Service at the kitchen of the restaurant needs improvement - when I’ve ordered a dish without meat sausages (because I don’t eat any kind of meat) and ask the servant to check this I ve got finally the dish with meat sausages, so sad. And that would be also nice to have more fish dishes for breakfast. For the week of my stay there they served fish only once.

The room was amazing, the breakfast is also ok, and the instalations and personal were very nice.
The aircon sound was quite noisy, the swimming pool water was frozen and it's mosly in the shade.
Around 5pm the sunbeds were full.
The location was not very good, you have to cross dangerous road to get into civilitation and during the night the way to go to the hotel from city center is very dark and kind of creepy.
I enjoyed on there but I won't take it again.

I had a great stay last weekend. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who were genuinely helpful and attentive. The room and facilities were spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well. I also appreciated the option for a late checkout, which made the departure much more relaxed. Overall, a solid and pleasant experience.

A modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than expected a good size, with a very comfortable bed, two chairs and the shower had good power. The breakfast was great it had everything you would need. The hotel is a little away from the main area but an easy walk.

Great one in the area. Good room size, bed & pillows are comfy and I had very well sleep here, proper amenities and facilities, best service especially all front staffs and they pay attention to details of what I requested on, really appreciate it. We will stay here if we visit Chiangrai again :)
