위치는 역에서 가까우나 골목으로 들어가야해서 조금 어두울 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했으나 청소상태는 조금 부족했습니다. 금연방이었는데 담배냄새가 나서 조금 힘들었습니다. 침구도 오래된 듯 보였습니다. 그러나 가격대비 넓어서 좋았고, 조명과 분위기, 서비스 등이 좋아서 전반적으로 가성비가 좋다라는 평가를 내립니다.

ここは、連泊と連泊ではないプランとで予約の方法が異なりますが、値段は同じ。連泊プランはさもお得であるかのような記載があり、旅館組合の自主基準を遵守されていらっしゃらない。火事で人が亡くなったホテルだと聞いておりますが、従業員は暗いです。四角四面の真面目を絵に描いたような接客でした。絶対にガードは緩めない。誰にも心は開かないと言う態度。何度話しかけてもその態度は変わらない。もう行くのやめようと思います。部屋は見た目は綺麗ですが、トイレの匂いと、配管の匂い臭いです。何の匂いかわかりません。タオルも全部汗臭い。目だったところに汚れがないだけに余計気持ちが悪い。対処の方法がないからです。駐車場側の部屋ならば、駐車場のライトが朝まで点灯していることを留意しなければなりません。設置されているカーテンではその光を叫きることなど不可能なので漏れてきます。防犯上、夜中もつけっぱなしななのはわかります、電気を消してカーテンを閉めた部屋に光が漏れることが問題でそれを問題と思わないところに改善の余地を見出せない。ここはずっと真面目にやってきたホテルなんだろうが、それだけで心は満たせられなかった。すみませんが希望はない。ここは周りに人がいないところなはずなのに、身近に人の気配を感じました。気持ち悪いです。

Wi-Fiのパスワードの記載が分かりづらい。引き出しの中じゃなくて、目につくところにわかるようにしてほしい。 あと、部屋が暑かったのでエアコンを冷房にしたのだが、冷たい風が出てこないので、問い合わせしたらホテルの構造上出来ないとのこと。それならば説明があって然るべき。もしくは見えるところに表示しておいて欲しい。 部屋は確かにきれいなのだが基本的な対応がなってないと思った。 定期的に泊まっているので改善を願う。

銚子での定宿になっています。 どんどん綺麗になってます。 フロントの方の対応も明るくて、良いです。 今回残念だったのは、レストランがお休みだったこと。 急な雨で外に出るのが嫌だな、と思って夜はホテルでと思っていたのです 残念でした。チェックインや予約時にわかっていたらなお良かったかな、と個人的には思いました。またお世話になります。
