The location and Apt are amazing; Wi-Fi in the rooms a bit slow. Breakfast is not that good, but not bad. Staff and nice and friendly.
The only thing is I stayed there for 10 days, they never vacuumed the room or clean it properly.

The room was huge, the sofa had holes, and it was old. They need to upgrade the design and the furniture of the room. The bed was comfy. They don’t provide water and toothbrush for their guests. They have limited food for their breakfast. Our stay was fine.

We stayed for a week and were delighted with our stay. Our large room was on the 17th floor with a pretty nice view. The kitchen area is very practical so you don't have to go to the restaurant all the time. The wifi works very well. The kitchen is not very well equipped but reception provided us with what we were missing.
The hotel is extremely well located, within walking distance of all the major tourist sites. The price is not cheap for us Europeans but the American clientele is simple, there are a few families of French tourists.

The room is large, the location is good, there is a kitchen, and there is no advantage other than that. There was a musty smell in the room, no one cleaned the room, and you had to make several phone calls to order everything. Breakfast is the worst I have ever seen. Fortunately, the small supermarket around the corner can buy things, so we solved it with instant noodles. No rental car, otherwise the parking fee is unbearable.
