The rooms were very clean. Outside not so much. Shower had weak pressure but stayed hot. Pool was closed. Breakfast was warm but no waffles.

Our room has bedbugs. Hotel manager was illusive in answering direct questions, but eventually confirmed the hotel has a history of bedbugs throughout and they are actively treating the rooms. We asked for an immediate refund and will pursue the matter further. This was very troublesome to seek another hotel late in the evening after an all day drive. Manager's reaction was impolite and inadequate to say the least.

Wonderful service, quick check in, comfortable beds. The hotel was spacious enough for my family of 8! There was food left in the mini fridge from the last travelers. We know this can happen sometimes since they are cleaning many rooms a day and sometimes checking the mini fridge can slip the mind. The cover to the bump hard for the door in the bathroom fell off but I was able to screw it back on. Overall it was a really lovely place to stay and we definitely plan on using the same hotel for our travel back home.

That was one of the worst maintained motels I have ever driven up to. Did not even check in. Went somewhere else instead.

Hotel is dirty, carpet looks as if it’s not been cleaned. Bugs in room, just not a comfortable stay because of cleanliness. Did not shower because tub was disgusting. Will not ever book again.

Hand towel (1) dirty ; (wash cloth dirty ( stain still there ) . If you don’t call front desk to clean the room , no service . Pillows 2 not comfortable & too soft . No pillows extra for customers to request .
