Location was good, room was quite & appropriate size with facilitating with kitchen ware to cook. All seems ok while seems bit aged...

Staff here hit it out of the park! The lovely gentleman at the Front desk was warm, kind and certainly went above and beyond to unsure our stay was the best possible. Hotel is modestly furnished with comfy feel and the bed is super plush. Everything is very fresh and clean with a nice feel throughout. We will definitely stay again!!

An apartment with complete facilities. You can wash, dry and cook like at home. There is also a cute little balcony, except that the dishwasher seems to be broken, so you need to wash the dishes yourself after cooking. The front desk lady is very nice. The biggest disadvantage is that it is close to the road and it is very noisy. It would be perfect if the balcony and windows were replaced with double-glazed glass. It also has a parking lot, so my Australian friends can park when they come to visit me. There is a supermarket nearby, which is also convenient for buying groceries and cooking.

The feeling is slightly different from the previous one, probably because my mood is different. It is very convenient to get to Central. I didn't stay there for long this time, but it was still a relatively cozy stay.

Send the children to school. The hotel is located close to Sydney University and about 20 minutes' walk from the downtown Chinatown. It is relatively quiet. It is an apartment-style hotel, and it is convenient to cook and wash clothes. The hotel may be older, but the hygiene is still good. The front desk is not 24 hours. Check-in is from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. On weekends, there seems to be no one from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you arrive at the hotel when someone is not at work, you need to contact the hotel in advance!

The room was well equipped with a kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove and even an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave. There was even fresh milk in the fridge, a small but sufficient selection of tea and coffee and raw sugar. The bathroom was equipped with a sink, shower, toilet plus 2nd sink for laundry and washing machine plus dryer, hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. Balcony with 2 chairs and table and small clothes rack. I found the bed comfortable. Unfortunately there were quite large stains on the ceiling. Unfortunately the safe didn't work, it was supposed to be replaced, but was never done because no working device was found. The TV was provided with all possible features and programs (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon ...), but not a single program could be started - always error messages. Even after reconnecting to the in-house WiFi several times, nothing worked. The furniture is partly very worn and needs to be replaced. Some are broken and have water damage. The closet was practically unusable because you could only open the doors that opened towards the bed about a third of the way, then the bed was in the way and you could only crawl into the closet by sitting next to the bed. Basically it was clean, the appliances seemed fairly new, but it urgently needed to be repainted, the windows and balcony cleaned, the ceiling vacuumed and some of the furniture replaced. The staff were friendly throughout and seemed to be trying hard.

Living is OK. There is a washing machine and dryer, but it needs to be cleaned once every 7 days.

It's convenient to travel. It's close to the train station and there's a bus stop downstairs. The room is okay, it has a balcony and the environment is quiet.

The facilities are too old

The room is large enough and fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer! There are also pots and pans so you can cook your own meals. Ample parking spaces The room was cleaned and supplies replenished once a week, which was so frustrating. Environmental photos may mislead customers. The service staff had a very good attitude and were impeccable within the rules.

The overall value for money is okay, after all, it is in a relatively central location in Sydney. It's a 15-minute walk to the University of Sydney and very close to Central Station. It's within walking distance. Taking an Uber to Hyde Park costs around $18. But the interior is average and very old, the kitchen is greasy, and the hygiene is average. The things have been used for a long time, and the blankets have holes. The sofa bed in the room is very old and the springs are no longer working. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. It is better to just sleep on the sofa. You can choose if the requirements are not high.
