Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose Reviews

I booked this hotel because my flight was changed to early morning which would have been challenging to get to the airport in time from Sapporo. In any case, there’s an airport bus stop right across from the hotel which was very convenient. The room was nice and clean. And it seemed newly renovated. And the staff was extremely courteous.

The check-in staff were the best. The room was nice and we added the breakfast buffet for the first time. Although the number of items was small, it was quickly replenished and the overall balance was good. The male restaurant staff were of a higher quality than the male front desk staff, which was nice. The female check-in staff and the female check-out staff were good. It would be nice if we could pay at the front desk with D-Pay or Rakuten Edy.

明明訂咗湖景房去到只係比低層望停車場勁再三詢問都話客戶已經滿咗冇任何表示，極度失望！我明明用多咗錢去買餅房點解得到咁嘅答案？所以大家要訂嘅時候不用加錢再訂湖景房了。

第二次入住，附近有aeon，對面係morimoto 本店。行2分鐘有巴士直達新千歲機場，十分快捷方便。

New hotel. Overall r ok. Easy to go new chitose airport by bus.

酒店對面有7-11，附近的停車場比較便宜，床很舒服可惜沒有浴場，早餐沒有生魚片小小失望

There was a convenience store next door and an izakaya downstairs, so it was a great environment. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean, so I was very satisfied.

This time I was flying to New Chitose Airport, so I chose to stay one night near the airport (within a 10-minute walk from JR Chitose Station)! However, this hotel is quite convenient. Whether it is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport, there is a bus stop less than a minute away and you can get there directly by bus! If you want to go shopping and eat delicious food in Sapporo city, you can go directly from JR Chitose to Sapporo Station! I think the room is pretty good. Some basic skin care and cleaning products are also provided at the counter. The service staff are very patient (they will use a translator to explain if their English is not good). There is a 7-11 downstairs, and there is also LAWSON near JR Chitose Station (there is a drug store next door). It is also very convenient if you want to eat some convenience store food before leaving! There is a 100 yen shop in JR Chitose Station, which is also a great place for shopping!
