There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable."

"When I booked this hotel, I didn't realize that KOKO Hotels has many branches across Japan. After checking in, it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, complimentary bottled water, and even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift, which I truly appreciated. Another great benefit is the free shuttle bus to the airport, making transportation easy and hassle-free. The overall experience was wonderful, and the staff made me feel very welcome. "One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility. Meals were outstanding both in their quality and interesting offerings. The negative reviews seem very out of place to us. Assume it is based on which room type selected. Our room was very clean, nice features - deluxe twin. Regarding meals, it is a set menu - if you are particular it may be better to dine elsewhere and order directly. For the Onsen, we did not use as I have tattoos. They do have nice baths in the rooms."
