I stayed at Chizhou Pingtian Peninsula Hotel during the National Day and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper Michelle already greeted us at the entrance of Jiuhua Pavilion. Check-in was very fast, and our luggage was sent to the room. We also gave our children a complimentary breakfast when we checked in with them. If we had any problems during our stay, Michelle was very quick to solve them for us. Xiaoye, the travel photographer we booked, was very skilled. He took us to shoot with many people who checked in at the hotel. After seeing the sample photos sent, they were very good. The environment of the hotel is very good. It should be the best hotel in Chizhou. I open the window and sit on the large balcony every day, admiring the beautiful scenery of Pingtian Lake. It is very suitable for relaxing and taking a leisurely vacation. The bamboo forest concert arranged by the hotel during the National Day was also very good, attracting a large number of hotel guests every day. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and it’s up to the people to be thrifty. If you don’t want to go out, you can just stay in the hotel. Before leaving, Michelle helped us put our luggage into the car and watched us leave. Pingtian Peninsula Hotel left us with wonderful memories. I hope the hotel can maintain this level of service and hope to return to Pingtian Peninsula again in the future. Finally, I would like to give you a small suggestion, that is, you can consider extending the breakfast closing time appropriately during major holidays such as May 11th, so that guests do not have to get up early and can disperse the customer flow in the restaurant.

The natural environment is extremely beautiful, the scenery is everywhere, the room is satisfactory, and the staff is very enthusiastic! The best thing is that there is a parking spot for Hello bikes in the hotel. There are two types of electric bikes and bicycles. You can scan the QR code with Alipay to visit Pingtian Lake by bike, which is very convenient! At the same time, because the address is close to the core of the tourist area and close to the high-speed rail station, it is extremely inconvenient to call a taxi.

非常驚喜的一家酒店！首先環境一級棒，臨着平天湖，視野開闊，吹着湖風。生態也超好，竹子林、隨處可見的兔子、天鵝、鴨等等。酒店出入由高爾夫車接送，採取管家服務制度。管家章程服務周到，早餐時間會詢問是否需要車接送，有需求也會及時給予幫助👍房間內寬敞整潔舒適，超絕平天湖視野，美不勝收～重點誇一下早餐，雖然種類不算多；但是每一樣都特別細心和種類新鮮，能吃到很多平時酒店自助早餐都沒有的，例如芋泥虎皮卷、黃油年糕、奧爾良雞翅等等，湯麪的鹵子還有大塊牛腩！還有一些池州特色小粑、葛圓等等！！吃得超滿足～晚上中餐廳的菜也很好吃！！連續吃了兩個晚上，口味更有保障或者説可能會為外地人改良了一點，吃得更習慣～分量超級多！兩個人一度吃不完要打包～ 出行離平天湖所有景點都很近，酒店內就可以掃共享電單車，沿着湖邊一路逛拍，很方便～去市中心也就十分鐘的距離。 總體來説很好的體驗，非常適合自駕來度假，有機會再來～

酒店不會索要評價或者好評給禮物之類的營銷，下面都是真心的評價： 初到酒店，入住的房間空調出現了一些小狀況，但客房服務迅速響應，立刻為我們安排了換房，整個過程很高效。 5月18日傍晚，王敏這位客房服務工作人員在聚龍閣一樓值班時，我的朋友因受涼身體不適，王敏不僅及時遞上温度計，還貼心地提供了口罩、沖劑以及退熱貼，朋友特地叮囑一定要感謝一下。建議加獎金（😂） 酒店管家章揚也細緻入微，提前為我們準備好車輛以及所需的各種物品，讓我們在度假中毫無後顧之憂，盡情享受愜意時光。早飯也好吃，尤其是小刀面！ 酒店周邊生態優美，小兔子、小松鼠和天鵝隨處可見，充滿生機。酒店內還有咖啡店和竹林音樂會，環境宜人。 會推薦給身邊的家人朋友！

非常宜居的酒店，不出酒店就能體驗到平天湖的美景，有適合老年人的平天湖遊船，有適合小朋友的手工活動和釣魚喂小動物，還有傍晚的草坪音樂會；負責接待我們的管家韓德，熱情周到的服務讓住客感受到賓至如歸，不小心落在客房的東西管家也安排快遞及時寄送，實在感謝萬分！

酒店環境非常好，散步沿路的花草非常漂亮，感覺拍照拍不出視覺的舒適感。酒店裡有天鵝、兔子、小松鼠、牡丹和虎皮鸚鵡，都很可愛。竹林茶舍不錯，裏面待着聽聽歌很愜意。不遠處有一條平天湖天路，兩邊都是湖，也很漂亮。
