Great hotel for price range and good walking distance from train station and metro station. Only 20 minutes from most places we travelled to by car which is also good. Only downside (for me) is that they didn’t have a western breakfast option.

Standards hotel, not too far from the railway station.
Very nice and friendly personnel at the check-in/checkout desk.
However : breakfast was very disappointing (no proper black coffee, cold food at the buffet, ...)

入住做的免費升級，衞生間是異形的，略微有些侷促。早餐品種中規中矩，煮小麪的時候想加煎蛋，得到的答覆是沒有（有雞蛋擺着，可能忙不過來不願意再煎）

辦理入住時給我升級到機麻套房，一進屋被煙味太大呼吸困難。後來給換的房間沒有煙味。但裝修很舊，房間格局有些奇怪，燈光很暗，晚上有點害怕，但前台服務很熱情。

常年出差，每次到重慶都會入住伊可莎酒店，每次入住體驗都特別好，這次去入住的體驗也特別的好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很細心熱情，下次還會選擇入住的，早餐也很豐富

老住客了，感覺服務還是越來越跟不上了，點了外賣，不能送上樓可以理解，多次打電話，前台都説沒時間很忙，後面打電話又説外賣一大堆怎麼怎麼的，晚上9.30到的外賣，等到10.30都送不上來，自己下樓去看，前台也沒有多忙不過來，結果外賣那裡就4個外賣訂單放那，送不上樓，早點説聲也行，服務真的越來越跟不上了。

這家酒店的前台服務挺好！特別是鍾菀婷和餘樂小姐，周到、細緻、熱情。
酒店衞生間熱水水量比較小，洗澡冷水凍得夠嗆。
酒店早餐煎蛋和煮麪那裡衹有一個人，完全忙不過來，要等很久。
酒店位置很好，去重慶北站步行10分鐘左右。坐地鐵出去玩很方便。
