Hotel location is perfect, it’s close to most touristy places, easy access to food, shopping, even hospital in case of emergency. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Most places I visited in Chongqing require mandarin, this hotel receptionist is the only person I find in Chongqing who is equip to assist me in English. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chongqing.

Hotel is in an excellent location. It is within 1-2 minutes walking distance to the Bayi food street. Lots of varieties of food and good restaurants. Must try the BBQ skewers. Lots of shopping malls around.
We stayed on the 31floor. Room is big and beds are comfortable. The rm toilet is elevated. Got to watch your step.
Hotel staff are friendly helpful and enthusiastic. You can contact them by WeChat.
Con - only 3 washing machines in the laundry rm and they are always occupied.

Love the location, the service and the cleanliness of the room. Stayed for 5 days and I slept very well every nite.. no doubt not a 5 star hotel, the location, service and the cleanliness surpasses the 5 star hotel.. will highly recommend to others who wants to stay near Jiefang Bei.

Hotel location is excellent. It is just less than 100 m away from jiefangbei and lots of surrounding shopping centres surrounding it.

I used to be a supporter of Lavande and hoped this hotel chain would not disappoint me further.
Cleanliness of the room can definitely be better.
This hotel is located in a building which is sharing with offices, hence during morning peak hours, you expect to wait for the lift. No security to your room floor. Therefore, anyone can simply go up and slot "funny advertisement" through your door.
Near to MRT is the plus point with surrounding many eateries.
