剛入住就發現清潔做的很差，衞生間還有積水和煙頭。跟前台反應了情況，直到離店都沒有人來做過清潔！

這是我住過最差的酒店，我是一顆星都不想給，之前還覺得可以。有以下幾個原因，第一，太吵了，晚上2點過後都是吵得要命。讓人完全沒法睡覺。
第二，服務態度太差，當晚我是9點左右過去的，本來開了房間後就準備叫前台開票，前台和我説現在忙，我也理解，説第二天開。結果第二天退房時給我來一句你我現在沒空，你加我微信我空了給你開，我當時就炸了，我説，昨晚你們沒空我理解，大中午也沒空。第三，房間裏的設施都是啥呀，連個椅子都沒有，我還在我洗臉的毛巾上發現了一塊沒有祛除乾淨的污漬。我真的，我不知道你們這酒店對於員工的素質，對於酒店的衞生，對於細節這些是怎麼管控的。難道就是再社會上招一個社會青年也不培訓，直接就上崗。還説是什麼集團下的連鎖酒店，你這完全就是在丟你們集團的臉。自己打自己的臉。祝你們酒店生意越來越好。早日倒閉。至少在我這兒沒有下次了。再也不會考慮你們了。

房間電視遙控器沒電，窗户關不上，設施設備簡陋，前台響應無應答，也沒有多餘的棉被，拖鞋提供，停車場太小且無規劃，需要尋找付費停車場。

我在他家定了房間，由於胃不舒服，我説取消訂單到附二院來檢查身體，結果我打電話讓客服給我取消訂單，死活都不取消，對於這樣的黑心商家，我覺得真的有點冷血！

挺好的酒店，其他方面挺好，就是停車場真心不方便，一天挪幾次車，房間寬敞乾淨衞生，服務熱情，無早餐，價格夠實惠了，周邊交通方便，出行便利。
