Friendly, courteous, thoughtful service.
Airport shuttle much appreciated.
The only micro-gripe I have is that the light at the washroom mirror could be brighter. That's it.
I stayed in four hotels during this last Chinba trip, and this was the best.

Amazing service from Atour check in staff. Room amenities were good. 6.00 am. early morning drop off to airport was quick. Staff gave us packed breakfast to go! Thank you so much.

We stayed at the hotel to watch the group's fifth anniversary concert. The location was pretty good, and there was a scheduled shuttle bus to the stadium, but the time was not right and we didn't take it. The hotel environment is quite satisfactory, but when arranging the room, the room for me and my child was arranged at the elevator entrance.
