location was great , rooms are decent however service could be better considering it carrying the Westin/Marriott brand name. Not on par with other Marriott chains across the world

Our experience with Westin hotel was beyond exceed expectations.
After the booking i requested for birthday occassion preparation to be done and they didnt.impose any extra charge.
The room is very spacious whereby our toddler enjoyed the space and view so so much
The baggage arrangement was also tip top!
Lastly the breakfast is full of choices.
Our stay with Westin is.extrra comfortable, service is so so accomodating and we love every part at Westin!
Please keep up with such standard and we will.return definitely!

We loved this hotel. I’m a really pleased with the room which was well designed spacious with all the little touches that you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The swimming facilities were good and we enjoyed the makeshift beach bar on the top of the hotel - though a little bit scary as I’m not brilliant with heights.

I recently stayed at The Westin Chongqing, booked through Trip.com, and I had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. The room was immaculate, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Chongqing, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The Westin Chongqing truly knows how to make their guests feel special, and booking through Trip.com was seamless and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chongqing!

Maintenance is really important…
Good services.
Please make sure that smoking is prohibited in the sky lobby, it’s annoying to see people smoking like in a cigar room.

Good location with many malls nearby. One of the best Westin I've stayed. Room comes with a nice cityview as well. Nice ammenities and toiletries.
