小童設施在維修，游泳池沒開，書齋鎖着的，所有配套寫的有但是都不能提供。更沒有服務了，沒有正規培訓員工，沒有服務意識。所有項目都額外收費，而且不合理。酒店是服務行業，可惜沒體會到，3.9分的評分看來是有原因的。

真是一個寶藏酒店，大隱於山，環境優美，清靜自在，恰遇我生日，酒店貼心升級了房間，入住體驗相當愉快，房間超大，床品舒服，服務也超棒，酒店太大，閑逛之餘遇到工作人員細心帶路告訴我們怎麼爬後山路徑，早餐品種也豐富，安排的包間單獨享用，更重要的是對待寵物友好，狗狗可以在酒店撒歡奔跑，當然作為優秀的鏟屎官，處理好狗狗的衞生必須自覺，總之大愛這個酒店，以後會經常光顧，會推薦給所有的朋友。

綜合來講蠻不錯的 房間空間再大一點就好了，四個人在房間裏喝茶搬了好幾回家。 寵物友好很有好感！也呼籲各位攜寵出遊的各位，做好衞生清潔和噪音管束，不給友好商家帶去困擾。 早餐那碗麪可太好吃了！
