民宿天花板，雖然房間設施還是不能和星級酒店不能比，但除此之外，其他方面都很不錯。
服務：前台小姐姐有問必答，一來就給花露水，怕我們給蚊子咬。由於第二天一早要前往大理，來不及吃早餐，請民宿打包兩份早餐，民宿也有準備好，而且也很豐富。

我們是在去大理的路途中臨時決定來到楚雄，入住了院裏院外酒店，意外的驚喜。酒店坐落在彝人古鎮景區外，開車也就三四分鐘，房間內有一個大大的落地窗，環境十分的優美。酒店外有休息區可以喝茶聊天，老闆的茶很不錯，老闆人也非常好，超級推薦~

説真的 酒店的硬件一流 很有設計感
唯一欠缺的是早餐 三明治牛奶有點不適合長者家胃口
另外服務真的是一言難盡
前台小哥哥雖然有問必答 但是一直都是坐在裏面玩手機 有人經過頭都不抬 也不打招呼
跟其他民宿服務員態度比起來天差地別

缺點非常明顯
1.房間斜陽簾遮光度非常差，晚上外面的燈光直接對着床，眼睛閉上都可以感受到光照，聯繫前台説要開到12點，結果12點以後仍然有很多燈開着！衹能自己掛了衣服遮光！
2.酒店沒有電梯，行李都要自己搬上下樓

房間格局非常大非常好。但衞生洗浴房滲水嚴重（主要是建築設計存在缺陷）。由於總共12間房，因此早餐衹能供給三明冶牛奶雞蛋（白蒸）一人一套。周邊無商業設施。但有－家高端酒店，內有對外服務咖啡館。
