There is a solar calendar square near the hotel, which is very characteristic of the local culture. The rooms are spacious and have separate wet and dry areas. We stayed on the first floor, which was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious."

Pull out the plug of the sink drain with your hands? Let me ask you: if you stay in a star-rated hotel, and you are asked to pull out the plug of the drain with your hands? How do you feel? Is this a facility that a hotel should have? Is it the "service" that should be there? In my opinion, the professional quality of the front desk is very poor and the ability to handle problems is very weak. May I ask: where is the management of the hotel?"

"The environment was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very attentive, even helping guests carry their luggage upstairs. The location was excellent; just a short walk from the ancient town's pedestrian street, and the ethnic dances in front of the archway at night were fantastic! There's a restaurant to the right of the hotel that you should definitely try. I had a dish of rare chicken-of-the-woods mushrooms, which was incredibly delicious."

"The environment is relatively quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service is good, and the place is clean. However, the bathroom facilities are old, the shower is broken, the sink leaks and has no cover, and the TV in the room doesn't work. I told the front desk, but they haven't come to fix it. It's been like this for five days."

"It was incredibly noisy! The third and fourth floors were occupied by a karaoke bar, which was extremely noisy at night. The hallways and elevators were also filled with the smell of smoke and alcohol. Although I was able to change rooms after communicating with them, I still felt my accommodation experience was poor. Even on the seventh floor, it was incredibly noisy. If the soundproofing isn't good, then don't put a hotel karaoke bar in an entire building. It's truly speechless, especially since I had an important exam the next day, and the noise kept me awake."

"We arrived at the hotel quickly from the Chuxiong West Expressway. Parking is convenient and the service is friendly (the front desk showed us the room). The linen is brand new and the room is large. The hot springs are a little far away and the children had a great time. The breakfast was average, but the restaurant service staff took the initiative to explain that the team had just left and there was a shortage of dishes. They enthusiastically asked what they needed and delivered it quickly. Thumbs up👍 A taxi from Yi Ancient Town costs 11 yuan, and you can eat and go shopping in the evening."

"The hotel service was generally quite good. The room decor was lovely and new, and the hygiene was excellent. The room was very clean. The hotel's amenities and services were also good. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, doors closing in other rooms, and the sound of housekeepers cleaning. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the chef making the breakfast rice noodles. They were enthusiastic about asking what you wanted and even taught me how to mix the pea jelly. As expected, a chef's preparation tastes amazing – truly a local specialty!"

"First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money is at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the parking lot is huge. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were very meticulous. The only downside was a few afternoon tea servers who were gathered together chatting, seemingly oblivious to guests nearby, which looked a bit unprofessional. Everything else was excellent."

"The room in this hotel is like a little nest, warm and comfortable. The bed is as soft as marshmallow and I almost sank into it and couldn't get up. The bathroom is so clean that you can see yourself in the mirror. I even wonder if the cleaning lady uses a microscope when cleaning. The hotel’s breakfast is also very rich, and the Yunnan small pot rice noodles are also a must. The staff is very enthusiastic. If you have any problem, they will solve it immediately and help you deal with it very quickly. Without further ado, I have decided to put this hotel on my "treasure list" and will stay here again next time I come."
