I went to the front desk again to have someone remove it, but they were completely unresponsive. Breakfast was the same every day and not tasty. The staff service was poor. For some reason, the security guards were watching the elevator doors and checking on guests. It's a new hotel, and the management needs to catch up. The hotel's first-aid kit wasn't fully stocked; they didn't even have a band-aid. The laundry service was the only positive impression I had."
