Extremely dissatisfied points: When I checked in early in the morning, the front desk gave me an equipment room without informing me. The window of the room is facing the equipment room. It was too late when I checked in and it was too dark to see. I only heard noise. I was woken up the next day. Open the curtains and see the equipment room. This room is purely a Vienna hotel that looks down on guests and ignores guests' experience. In fact, no guest should stay in this intolerable room. They look so ugly just to make money.
Cleanliness: There was hair in the bathroom that didn't belong to me, but it was nothing compared to the bad location of the room.
Service: The front desk does not even have basic hotel literacy, is completely unable to reasonably arrange guests' check-in, and is unable to resolve conflicts. Subsequent complaints were followed up by Ctrip. The hotel employees seemed to be on duty without training.
