The staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was subpar. The mini-refrigerator, coffee machine, and desk light had been unplugged and the refrigerator smelled horribly. There was hair in the sink. Just didn't have that high quality room servicing that we expected with Marriott.

Quiet hotel weekdays,very clean ,weekends are very packed with several weddings indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool. gym..Bar food restaurant..excellent full breakfast or continental a little pricey on the food

This is a very professional hotel. The service in both restaurants were excellent; the waiters were very friendly and professional. The design of the building is surrounded by trees and a stream. Coming out of the city, it makes you feel relaxed. The room has nice feel and it’s well lit. It was a very pleasant stay.

High end hotel with some problems that were annoying to us. The HVAC fan was loud. So loud that it interferes with our sleep. Also several groups of people came down the hallway between 1:30 am and 2:00 am who made no attempt to be quiet, loud talking, running kids. The bathroom looked quite stark until you looked at the tub. It looked like a spaceship. There were lots of safety bars, which is a good thing. It was difficult to figure out how to just get a hot shower.

We were initially put in a room right over the tavern. It was HORRIBLE. We were awakened multiple times due to noisy patrons screaming and laughing and partying. We called the front desk and complained but nothing was done. They should not out guests in those rooms on the weekends. They allowed us to move to another room the next morning, but they were less than apologetic and seemed indifferent about it all. They should have credited us for that night, if you ask me. We had two rooms for 3 nights so it’s not like we were staying for “free”. We spent nearly a thousand dollars in all but the room that first night was absolutely horrible.

Indoor pool temperature was cool.
We booked two double beds and had a room with a king and a pull out which was more crammed for number of people staying in the room

The banquet room for our reunion was beautiful. We were allowed to decorate ahead of time. The food was delicious and staff was very helpful.
Our beds were comfortable and we liked the balcony. Windows and carpets in our room could use a cleaning. There wasn’t info in the room about services or local places for food or entertainment.

The property it very nice and very clean, love the indoor pool and spa. Bar/restaurant is nice as well. The only issue that I had was, they were having a big party for West Point alumni and graduates, and it got very loud. Me and my son had to get up at 3:30 in the morning because he was competing in a Olympic qualifier marathon and we got woke up at midnight and the person at the front desk said she couldn’t do anything about it. But when I spoke with the manager the next day, she apologized and paid for two of my nights which at $299 p/night was kind.
