There was a young woman working at the front counter, who just did a wonderful job. When we checked into our room, it was very cold, and we’re having trouble getting the heating unit to heat it up. She went and took care of that she was folding towels she was checking people in.

The shower was exceptional- great pressure.
The bed , however, was terrible. There was a massive dip in the middle. Either we had to hug either edge of the king mattress or I had to try and sleep with a pillow under me on the dip side. I got very little sleep and rose with a very sore back. The breakfast was tasty.

Carpets needed a good vacuuming, it appeared to have sheetrock all over the upstairs hallway. There was also leaves all over the doorways/entryways.

Bathroom door didn’t close and main door was hard to open and close. Pool and hot tub were a little dirty looking but Other wise stay was nice.

We just checked in and arrived at our room. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The room is spacious. The beds are soft and plush. Plus, there's a comfortable and nicely lit workspace in our room. We can see plenty of dining options nearby. And we're right off the exit on I-90, but we don't hear any traffic noise.

Its a little bit confusing to navigate getting into the property at night.
The staff were not rude, but i would not classify them as friendly either.. just sort of blah..."You're here ho hum"
The beds were very comfy. the ammenities were good. Brush up the friendliness of the staff and you'll have much better ratings!

The staff was excellent. They were friendly attentive and knowledgable. The property itself, such as the rooms seem to be getting run down. THere was a musty smell in our room, which leads me to believe they need to have the carpets cleaned. THe fan in our bathroom wasn't working properly, so the bathroom humidity was too high, so the smell could be mold.
