Alba Resort Hotel

We spend a very good vacation from 28th march to 2nd April Special thanks to all Alba resort personnel Clean,calmand beatifull place with friendly staff, all activities such as mini football,beach volleyball ,mini golf,pools and aqua park ,dart games ,tennis court...all were in good condition,all bars and restaurants were clean,foods were good and some were great Really a family hotel Me,my wife and two Suns 8&13 years old ,all are very happy to choose the alba resort Before that we have experienced two other hotels ,the same time years ago more expensive also,but Alba is the best in my Antalya experiences.

If you want to play tennis dont book this hotel. Very bad organized …bad communication. Some straff frendlig.food was good . Room clean. Not much varietions of drink . Even no beer in the minibar.this is frist time for us .. But we not going back to this hotel again.

PROS: - The resort is beautiful, it has pools, beach, gardens, a small place with animals and birds- nice for walks. - Cleanliness: the room was well cleaned daily, the beach and other public areas were clean too. - Staff is very friendly. CONS: - We booked a double room and we received a twin room, so we had to put the beds together. - The staff’s english is very poor overall, but most of them seem to speak well german and/ or russian. - They don’t try to create at least a bit of a turkish experience. It is very standardised for occidental tourists. - The food is low quality, some food does not seem fresh. The 3 of us (my 1 year old daughter, my husband and I) got stomach problems, half of the holiday was compromised because we were sick. - The food does not taste great either. It is plain, some foods are covered in souce and they all taste the same. - The a la carte italian restaurants serves a terrible soup and 3 types of meat- clearly low quality, cold and it tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The only italian thing about the restaurant are the so called “snacks”- mini portions of pizza, lasagna… but they don’t taste good either. - The a la carte doner restaurant is not great either. - They don’t have food appropriate for young children. The kids buffet does not always have food and when it does it is 3 courses of the normal food, plus cakes… not at all healthy for babies who are just starting to eat solids. - Drinks are also bad and taste like cheap soda. My recommendatione for the hotel management would be to invest more in the quality of the products, try to reduce food waste, try to create more of a turkish atmosphere (if I wanted to listen to german music, I would have gone to a holiday in Germany). I don’t recommend this hotel beacause of the bad experience regarding the food.

One of the best holidays we have ever had. After seeing a few bad reviews which will always be the case , we just went open minded and yes there are issues but if we are really being honest with ourselves a holiday is what you make it! We did dine out most nights as we always do especially as we know the people that own the restaurants we went to, also simple things like horse riding which put the biggest smile on my daughters and wife’s face so much so I took them twice, the hotel is clean and in an ideal location, short beautiful walk to the beach, the staff at the hotel were very good indeed it’s a shame we did not get their names, but as said there are much more expensive hotels out there with definitely more to offer food/drinks entertainment etc etc, but like I said it is what you make of it!

Waiters constantly break dishes and drop spoons as in a bad dining room. If you have children, they will get diarrhea. My son was sick 2 times there. Now he has a fever and diarrhea, but we are not even allowed to extend the placement for money. Plus: they have their own access to the sea and a green area.

I was on a trip with my dad. It was my best vacation ever. Funny Hassan, Legend, waiters - all very nice, funny, smiling, helpful. It's true the hotel is a bit old and could have some refreshing but it doesn't matter for me, because how much time do you spend in a hotel? Od course, always not everything is excellent..The only thing I can fault is a broken flush in the bathroom or an uncomfortable old hair dryer, poor sensors in the toilets by the pools. Most importantly, the rooms are very clean! The food was delicious. I don't know how can you complain about the food? In the morning, all kinds of eggs were served - soft, boiled, scrambled eggs, omelette, fried eggs, all variants od cheese, fish, all kinds of meat you can imagine, any fruit - cut and whole, equal sauces, salads. Everything! There was no time to be bored. In the morning, everything you want - a ball in the water, football, beach volleyball, dart, ping pong, aerobics, slides, pool party. In the evening, various concerts - one day a Turkish music concert with belly dancing, the second day various games and the third a concert with famous songs and dancers that encouraged people to dance. The infrastructure of the resort is also a big plus - a bar by the beach and by the pool - good snacks, a beautiful wide beach next to the hotel with sunbeds and baldachims so it was not so hot and you can lie on the beach all day. Hotel is situated near the bazaar and the bus stop from which you can go to Manavgat or Side. What more could you want? Perfect holidays! Thank you and hope to see you in the future!

First visit in Turkey: I was surprised how kind the turkish people are. A friendly approach from the personal in Hotel , Bar restaurant(the food is excelent) etc. All we needed with my family we found here..swiming pools - programs for guests(childrens)..The beach is close and clean…I can recomend Alba Resort.Best Regards

Terrible experience. I do not recommend it! don't recommend it. Better choose another hotel. The kitchen is full of flies, the rooms are small, the reception staff, including the manager, behave terribly inhumanely, they don't speak English, the children's pool is dirty, the buoys in the slide pool are broken, several people have cut themselves. The evening shows are terrible too.
