First of all if you are not German don't visit this hotel. Everything is relevant to German. During the accomodation we (group of 15 people with children) waiting for 6 hours meanwhile the hotel gives rooms to 40-50 new arrivals German. The staff didn't speak English or any other languages except German. The territory of the hotel is small. The rooms are big enough but no toilet accessories and the mini bar is restock only ones for 7 days. The animation if we could call it animation is look like a comedy show nothing close to animation. The food is good but no seafood except 1-2 fish on the barbecue. The cocktails are so-so depends on the bartender mood. Only good thing is the big beach BUT be prepared for sunbeds war. No available sunbeds on the small, small pool , they have only one pool , neither on the beach. The most disappointing was the attitude of the staff again everybody who wasn't German ( the tips didn't help).

1. Accommodation. Our bus arrived at 10 o'clock. We were told that check in was from 2pm. Two buses with Germans arrived after us and they were seated immediately. Since we are a big company, 16 people, we asked when they would give us rooms and why they were serving other people and they told us that the rooms would be ready at 2pm. None of the staff speak English, only Turkish and German. 2. The rooms. We were accommodated in rooms on the first floor, where the balcony is directly opposite the bar. When they start cleaning the bar at 7 o'clock it becomes impossible to sleep. They push tables, chairs, carts, etc. The rooms are located above the restaurant. At 7 in the morning it starts to smell like frying, so either the terrace must be open and listen to the staff, or closed and suffocating. 3. The staff. We were not served. Only the Germans. We had to call a waiter who was serving the surrounding tables 5 times, and he did not come. Finally we went to the bar and got drinks. They don't speak English, only German and Turkish. They started turning off the lights in the open bar at exactly 0:00 and made us leave, and they let one table that was right in front of our terrace stay until 1:30 and were served. To end up with! I would never come to this hotel again. We are here for the third day now, there is no animation for children and adults, there is not enough entertainment, it is noisy and the staff is unfriendly.

The hotel was the biggest surprise we experienced after regularly wisiting Turkey for many years. It is unbelievably clean, the staff is really friendly and helpfull and the rooms are just enough. No negatives. Highly recomended. Just keep this level. And thanks to Ugi I learned how to play darts, which was really nice especially on the rainy days. Thank you.

Its a great hotel,we love it,we had so much fun They afford so many food and each day somthing spicial. The room for familly was fantastic, claean.sea view. Every day were many activitis in the pool And a differant show in evening Full board...so besaid the pool drinks all the time

the most terrible hotel, with terrible service, I don’t advise anyone, they save on everything, there are few people with many sunbeds, the staff is very rude, the audibility is terrible, the rooms are only clean

gerade eben auf Google Sehr schöne, entspannte Woche im Diamond De Luxe gehabt. Hierzu hat insbesondere der tolle SPA-Bereich beigetragen. 😀 Man kann sich verwöhnen lassen und dabei richtig abschalten. Hamam, Massagen, Sauna, Dampfbad, Gesichtsmasken, alles ist vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hamam und Massagen kann ich vor allem von Esen (ich hoffe, man schreibt den Namen so) empfehlen. Allgemein sehr sauber, egal ob Zimmer, Pool, Anlage... allels top! Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr praktisch sind die Sonnensegel, die einen vor der Sonne schützen. Der Pool ist groß, hat eine Rampe und auch Treppen zum reingehen. Es gibt extra Wasserrutschen und einen Kinderbereich. Das Essen ist gut und relativ abwechslungsreich, aber hat etwas Luft nach oben. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern, man hat ausreichend Platz und einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe nie jemand mit schlechter Laune gesehen. Es gibt ein paar Geschäfte im Hotel, allerdings würde ich für Kleidung/Spielzeug/Postkarten eher auf den Bazar gehen (keine 5 Min. Zu Fuß entfernt) Zudem gibt es einen Friseur, ein kleines Fitnesscenter und einen Fotografen. Animation gibt es für Groß und Klein. Was mir gefallen hat, dass die Animateure nicht so aufdringlich waren. Zu meiner Urlaubszeit waren sicherlich 90% Deutsche im Hotel. Als Partyhotel würde ich ein anderes wählen, zum entspannen und als Familien/Freunde/Päärchenzeit ist es hier perfekt. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Buradan öncelikle Ecem hanıma restorant da Şef Bülent Beye Süleyman Beye Nazmiye hanıma Melek hanıma ve emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum. Önemli ayrıntılar: Sağlık sorunu olan özel gereksinimli misafirler için uygun. Havuzlara girişte rampalar ve geniş merdivenler,Wc lere ulaşım kolaylığı düzenlemesi çok güzel bir ayrıntı olmuş.
