Orfeus Queen Spa

Rested with my husband in July 2022 at the Orfeus Queen Hotel. Let's break it down into points. 1. We bought a tour with an economy room with a balcony. It turned out upon check-in that the balcony is internal and directed to the same balcony opposite. We paid extra $75 and settled in another room with a balcony overlooking the sea. 2. Decent room, double bed, comfortable. There are small cracks on the walls, it needs cosmetic repairs (the condition of the room was not so important for us). Amenities: a small refrigerator in the closet, a TV, a safe with an additional fee of $ 2 per day, soap, shower gel. There were no slippers, shampoo, toothpaste and brushes, iron. 3. Wardrobe roomy, with hangers. Balcony with two chairs and clothes dryer. 4. In our room, the shower cabin was beautiful, but not airtight, it leaked on the floor after a shower. 5. Room service was good, cleaning was done properly 6. The staff does not speak Russian well (they spoke more in English) 7. We really liked the food. Variety in abundance. There were various meat dishes, fish (for dinner, often chicken shish kebab). Many types of salad, fruits, sweets, drinks. 8. The bar worked properly, poured without problems. 9. The pool is large (140 cm deep), all the time it was possible to swim calmly from 06:00 (we managed even after 19:00, when it was impossible). 10. There are always enough sun loungers, some under the roof (the same on the beach). The beach is also good, the sea is pleasant, transparent. There is a kitchen and a bar on the beach (sometimes you could have lunch or dinner there) 11. On Fridays and weekends there were various kinds of animation. Sunday live great music and dancing, it was cool. 12. Spa services were not used, there was a free hammam and a paid massage. A small fitness room with several machines and treadmills, with a set of dumbbells. 13. The cleanliness of the hotel was always respected, the toilets were constantly cleaned. Waiters worked in the kitchen and took away dirty dishes from the table immediately. 14. The beach is within walking distance (7-8 minutes at a calm pace), also drove a bus every 15 minutes from the hotel.

He writes reviews in Polish because many Poles choose this hotel. We do not recommend this hotel! Dirt in the hotel, service so unpleasant, not speaking English anything, the only polite and nice waiter and quite English-speaking is a young boy always smiling (I don't remember his name), the alcohol bar closes at 23:40 where it is supposed to be until 00 but if you give some euro to the waiter it can suddenly bring more alcohol. The food is fresh when you go. Later, dry cheeses and cured meats that nobody mentions. The cleaning ladies clean the bathroom with your dirty towels ..., no animations and attractions for children (apparently they are in the hotel next door, but no one will inform you about it) I bought a holiday with a child, we did not get an extra bed or a cot. Wi-fi is not an agreement, there is no internet, the view from the window on the smelly sails (photo), it smells like pipes because guests can smoke on the balconies (balcony for one person and a chair) I enclose a photo of the bathroom and floor in the hall. The beach was supposed to be 300 meters and it is 600 meters. If you are going to Turkey then avoid this hotel. The worst hotel I have been to, these 4 stars, they probably gave it themselves

Unfortunately, the Orfeus Queen Spa hotel closed after the 2021 season until 06/15/2022, I bought our stay from 04/28/04/2022, we kissed the door handle at 2 am. TUI knew about the situation but did not inform us before departure. We were accommodated in a hotel across the street from Orfeus Park, which was informed by a Turkish-speaking native. We had to ask for a meal upon arrival, the accommodation took about an hour. The rooms were nothing like the DZX1, changing the room didn't help. We know the Orfeus Queen Spa hotel and we know what the standards are there, Orfeus Park differs by a head from them. We had allin so meals, drinks were good, the pool was well kept clean, unfortunately if someone would like to go to the indoor pool, there is no chance, there is no water. Lots of Germans who run like the Russians in the past. One canteen inside, the other in the "open air", everyone on the patio smoked cigarettes, while eating there was gray smoke. The waiters could call 3 dollars for bringing the ashtray.

I recently returned from vacation with my husband, we rested at the Orfeus Queen Hotel & Spa, we really liked the hotel, we didn’t even try to look for any minuses in it. We wanted a more relaxing holiday, without discos, animations. The hotel has very tasty and varied food, full of fruits. We were given a room with a balcony, the view was great. You need to walk to the sea, there are minibuses. The room was cleaned every day, brought water, changed towels. Wonderful staff who responded to any request. Vacation went just fine and too fast

negative points - During the night unpleasant pipe smell in the room coming from the shower forced to close the bathroom door and open the window to ventilate - 1 wall light out of order - no view other rooms opposite less than 3 m between each balcony - no notebook at the reception to take our remarks positive points - hearty breakfast - free wifi - clean room conclusion that is a lot of negative points for only 1 night for this 4 star to be a coincidence
