The room that we were booked into was obviously for people with physical disabilities. This did not apply to my husband or I.
The ‘free internet’ was not accessible AT ALL in our room. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem interested. This lack of internet was extremely distressing for my husband and I, as one of our children was admitted to hospital with a medical emergency, and given the 7 hour time difference, we were unable to converse with her, or keep on top of information.
The furniture in the pub, dining area and croon felt ‘tacky’ to touch. Yuck!
The bathroom in our room was a wet room. The blind to the window was broken and didn’t close properly, and there were lots of areas of black mould on the ceiling, in the grouting around the tiles. I am asthmatic, so this is very problematic for me.
Overall, shoddy and dirty. A disappointing experience.
