It is 10 minutes from Tigertail Beach on Marco Island and 25 minutes from the Naples Pier. You can enjoy the best of Marco Island and Naples' attractions (beaches, bars, restaurants, excursions, and more...) without having to come home to the hustle and bustle, noise, and traffic that can occur in the busier areas. *Please note that post Hurricane Ian the routes through the canals and all around Southwest Florida have changed. Do practice caution when navigating in the waters.*Our boat is docked at the home and would require relocation in order for guests to use the dock. For guests staying less than 15 nights we cannot accommodate usage of the dock. For guests staying 15-30 nights we can accommodate usage of the dock with a $1,000 surcharge.
