Impossible to evaluate since the hotel showed no flexibility in the context of a reservation date error on my part which was immediately transmitted. If I understand perfectly that the customer cannot modify his dates, in the case of a non-modifiable reservation, for personal convenience, on the other hand I do not understand why the hotel management persists in refusing any compromise within the framework of an error since entry quickly reported. The lack of flexibility is even taken to the extreme when the hotel refuses my request to make a second reservation (still paying for the unoccupied room) on the right date at a discounted price! A word of advice: be careful when booking, the hotel is uncompromising and closed to any compromise!
