Hotel has everything you could possibly need. Nice area in the lobby to gather with friends, decent workout facility, and room was big and comfy.

We arrived late and the front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean and comfy. But the soap dispensers in bathroom was really hard to use and the handle in bathroom was dropped by itself. I think the more eco friendly way in hotel management is totally good, but those squeezing bottles are not practical for guests.

This is a nice hotel and convenient to airport and not far from downtown Columbus. The rooms were OK but the walls are thin and you hear everything above you like heavy walking.

I Love these hotels because you dont have to worry about excessive amounts of bedskirts and curtains to hold germs. No carpet so floors are easier for staff to keep clean. Staff is cheerful and the main level usually has comfortable chairs and a pool table, perfect for socializing if you choose.

This property is a go-to for reliable, clean, convenient travel in and out of John Glenn Int’l Airport in Columbus. We appreciate the complementary and always timely airport shuttle — one of the few hotels providing this service, morning, noon and night. The showers boast great water pressure and truly hot and cold water. Thank you!
Not a fan of the lack of daily complementary water for each of our guests, nor the lack of hard boiled eggs (for breakfast on-the-run) or freshly prepared oatmeal as available at other Tru properties we have stayed it. They all would be appreciated.
