There was a leak under the basin and it was moldy, but the bath towels were placed there. I called the front desk twice and it took two hours to deliver new ones. The room was also very old. Although it was maintained, the quality was very poor. The dinner buffet was well done. We stayed for four nights and the food was not repeated. The quality of the dishes was great!

We’re having another amazing holiday with H10. We’re currently in room 765 and highly recommend booking Privilege. The Gaudi restaurant is a fine dining experience like no other, with incredible service from Marta and her team. But that’s not all – our spacious and beautifully furnished room offers stunning views across the sea. Lunch at the La Brasserie is always a hit, with branded drinks, plenty of sun loungers or Bali beds available anytime. Despite being full, the hotel feels relaxed and inviting with plenty of spots to unwind. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We haven’t had any issues booking any of the restaurants, but Privilege is definitely the way to go. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. We’re only halfway through our holiday, and we’re already having so much fun!. Thank you

Had a wonderful week in Gran Canaria with 17 and 21 year old children. Extremely relaxed, no problem getting sunbeds. Pleasant 20 min walk to shops and restaurants along promenade. We stayed half board privilege which worked for us. We could have drinks all day at pool on 4th floor if we wanted to. Great selection available. Breakfasts served late and sometimes paid for lunch at Naturalia restaurants which was lovely. Prices for food and drink very reasonable inside and outside hotel. Would definitely visit again .

Very warm and welcoming from the day one. All staff were brilliant and kind. Specially the young tall guy who took my suitcase and store it at the time of check out! During my 5 days stay he solved any issue I had in my room like issue with charger, lack of amenities and guid me for taxi. Restaurant staff were very sweet. Specially the guy at dessert section I asked what type of ice cream and as he didn’t know its name in English he tried to explain it in Spanish and even at the end he checked if I am happy with the taste?! So respectful. I have been almost everywhere but this hotel and this island is exceptional- please have me because I am coming back here very soon xx

Always stay in H10 when we go to the Canary Islands but this hotel was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was excellent. We had been advised in advance of ongoing work to further enhance some areas of the hotel but none of this impacted on our stay. We opted to use our half board f status to ensure at in the hotel at lunch and this was excellent. Pool bar and surrounding area was perfect and location of hotel was perfect to walk into Maspalomas each evening. We will DEFINITELY be returning in 2026.

Whole family of ten, all inclusive ‘Priviledge’ stay. Everything as it should be. Fantastic complex, friendly obliging staff, top quality rooms, and facilities. For a special occasion holiday or a luxurious break everything you would expect. Ate in all the restaurants and the main buffet, all excellent food and service. Will definitely be back.
