We added an extra day to our holiday gathering and stayed here with our adult children. Appreciated the free coffee, hot water, etc. in the lobby. Hot breakfast was reasonable. Hotel was reasonably new and clean. Room was comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, but one was squeaky. Not a big deal, but deducted a star for it.

We booked a suite and it was very comfortable. Having the separate living room area (and an additional bathroom/shower) made for a much better stay for our family with two teenagers! We all have different sleep schedules, so the early risers had a place to go turn on a lamp and read while others slept. There were plenty of nice shops and restaurants within a 10-minute drive, too.

Only negatives were that internet was only free if you were a member and there was no microwave (there was a mini-fridge). The room was spotless, and it was very quiet.

The outside and main entrance were nice. They offered us waters upon arrival and there was coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available 24/7. The morning’s breakfast was OK. The room was spacious and surface-level clean. After settling in we found things leftover from previous guests that weren’t cleaned up (stickers, clothing price tags, hair ties). The pool facility was unkempt. The Paint was peeling off the walls. The Jacuzzi looked dirty. The pool equipment was rusty. I assume the skimmer didn’t work because there were hairs floating around. The gym was small but had general equipment. Due to the uncleanliness we discovered during our stay, we left after one night. Personally I wouldn’t go back.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel clean. Rugs could use a cleaning, but overall clean. Beds very comfortable, great pillows, lots of towels. Discount for Texas Roadhouse restaurant appreciated.

Our entire experience was outstanding. The property’s only shortcoming, in my opinion, was an aged, dark appearance. It struck both my wife and I as a location which in the ‘90’s would have been perceived as outstanding. We’ll be back and are looking forward to a refresh. Drop the “brown”; it’s everywhere!

The staff was friendly, everything was clean. The HVAC unit in the room was the loudest I have ever experienced. That and the horrible pillows made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok, and checkout was easy

The Hampton staff somehow had us in a handicap room incorrectly so changed us and upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge which was a great change as the room was larger and nice and bright. We had a light out in the bathroom but a quick call had it back up and running. We were very happy as this was the second time we stayed at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and inviting, hotel is very clean and well laid out. Only thing that can be a little hairy is the hotel is located behind a steak house and next to a Chik-fil-e which is great but traffic in and out at times is busy to get to the hotel parking lot in the Rea of those entry areas and parking lots. That said though it is a fast walk to great food and drinks. Very happy with this location and we’ll stay here again. Next time we’ll bring the pups as this is pup friendly. First time we had our pups and this last time we didn’t but it is easy access for your fur friendly’s for sure.
