the hotel was great except for one thing (trivial) there were no bedside charging ports.. the setup was there for it, but the actual plugs were not. there was even an alarm clock with usb charging slots that had 0 power and so did not work as well. i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside. everything else was grear. the room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is outstanding, from the front desk to the valet attendants especially the concierge Umberto!

Great place in the middle of Coral Gables! Great shopping and restaurants! Park ur car and walk/stroll the area. Very safe! Definitely stay her again. Close to the airport.

The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The shower floor looked dirty, probably stained, and it didn’t give a good impression. Very kind and helpful Staff.

Small bar, rooms are big but old, rooms near elevators are like sleeping under an airplane (very noisy), food not very good…no gift shop

Great restaurants and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and clean. Bedroom tv is obscured and hotel is huge.

Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Our flight was canceled & when I went to the front desk to add another night, the person was not very helpful & told me I had to do it on line -she could not be bothered to help, in the morning it was a different story -very helpful!!!

Asked for an early check in, the concierge said the staff was working on it. Meanwhile didn’t get notified that my room was ready until 6:05pm. 2 hours after regular check in. At that point I was already checked into a different hotel.
