H10 Tindaya

We had a wonderful stay at H10 Tindaya! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers great facilities. The food selection was varied and of good quality, and we especially enjoyed the themed Route 66 dinner, which was such a fun and tasty experience. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, Àgota and Rebeka, who were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their care and professionalism really stood out. Overall, a relaxing and memorable holiday — highly recommended!

On arrival hotel looks lovely and reception staff were lovely. Rooms are good but they dont leave any complimentary water to get you started. There is a kettle but no coffee or tea. Food was never hot unless you were lucky enough to be there as they top up chips etc. Booked on the first day (sunday) for the route 66 restraunt. The easiest we could go was Friday at 8.30pm bit late with children. Was told they couldn't accommodate our group of 9 so we all had to sit separate. Finally got our food at 10pm which was cold. We were there for a week and the pool area was not cleaned once. Random socks left about from before we arrived. Evening entertainment not great. Had one night which was excellent a duo called the 2 of us. Last day as soon as you check out 12.00 noon you are not allowed to use the all inclusive. We were no being picked up until 3pm. Tried to charge me for coffee at 10 to 12. Bar staff and restraunt staff always miserable. Rooms not always cleaned properly.

We've stayed in Fuerteventura few times, but this was out first time at Costa Calma. The hotel was located right on the sea front, with its own steps to get down to the amazing white soft sandy beach with turquoise sea. A 10 to 15 minute walk and you are at the cute shops and cafes. The hotel itself was brilliant. Nice pools and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely views of the sea from everywhere. The pool snack bar was great for food and drinks. The main restaurant was excellent too. The Route 66 restaurant was also excellent. We had a superior double sea view room, but think we got a free upgrade to a junior suite room which was unexpected! The room was fabulous! We also couldn't resist the offer of a free photo shoot which was lots of fun and we of course bought the photos! Mike's Coffee bar was the real highlight. We couldn't stop using the place. They did such delicious Chocolate milkshakes and hot chocolates. We'd come back just for that!

Had a week at the Tindaya in april and mixed feelings about this hotel. About an hours transfer from the airport and a swift check in at reception and a glass of bubbly too. On to the room which was on the same floor as reception ( 4th floor) and was impressed with the size of the room although we did pay extra for the sea view. The sea view was a bit restricted as there was only a partial view due to the lay out of the hotel but you live and learn. Next stop the restaurant which states the dress code yet looking aroind the doesnt seem to be a dress code at all for the evening meal.Food was ok nothing special to write home about and dont bother with the estrelle beer pump in the restaurant as it just pours out a very gassy beer.Plenty of sunbeds but they get filled very quickly and not enough beds per ratio to guests.Mikes bar was good nice cuppa .Biggest gripe by far is the queuing at the pool bar queuing at the main bar queuing to get you evening meal.Looks like the hotel is understaffed yet the staff always smile. Would i book another holiday here no .

I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the conditions at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it. Cockroaches – They were everywhere: the courtyard was full of them, and there were cockroaches in the room every single day. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. If the hotel responds to this review with only an apology, it will clearly show their poor attitude toward guests. Noise – Every evening from around 9:30 PM there was loud music and shouting through microphones. It was impossible to rest or have any peace. No basic amenities – There was no iron available, neither in the room not at reception. This is difficult to understand in modern times, and especially disappointing for a hotel that presents itself as four-star. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others not to stay here, and I will make sure to share this feedback widely.

I don’t usually leave reviews on Google, but this time we were absolutely stunned! On August 27, 2025, we were in Costa Calma and looking (my wife and I) for a hotel to stay two more nights in this lovely little town we really enjoyed. We went to H10 Tindaya because the photos on the website seemed to match our expectations, and since we were nearby, we thought: let’s go book directly on-site and see it in person. Our plan was to book a room if possible and have a drink at the bar, as it was around 7:30 pm. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a security guard came towards us and immediately told us to leave because we didn’t have a hotel wristband. I explained that we had come to have a drink at the bar and see if it was possible to book a room for two nights. The guard refused and told us again to leave because we didn’t have a wristband. I repeated (in English, as we are French) that of course I didn’t have a wristband, since I simply wanted to go to the lobby to check if rooms were available. Not being a guest yet, obviously, I couldn’t already have a wristband! I also mentioned that afterwards, we would like to have a drink at the bar if possible. The guard still refused. Annoyed, I told him he was making the hotel lose customers and that it was unbelievable not to even let us access the lobby to ask about a room. He repeated once again that since we didn’t have a wristband, we couldn’t enter the hotel! We left completely shocked, as I have never in my life been refused entry at the door of a hotel before. We then went to SBH Costa Calma Palace, where this time we were welcomed like royalty. H10 Tindaya, you really should brief your security guards who act like prison wardens, because they are costing you both money and reputation. I will never again set foot in any of your hotels.
