Excellent hotel, very clean,well maintained rooms modern with a lovely shower and cleaned everyday. H10 a great brand with top standards. All inclusive - great food and drink choice. Moscow Mule a must try! Sun loungers always available,Pools great, kids loved the splash park. Brilliant access to the beach. Staff really friendly & really try to keep the queues for drinks to a minimum! Entertainment in the evening was good at started at reasonable time for the kids. Thanks for a great holiday !

Couldn't recommend this place enough I went all inclusive and the food was fantastic something for everyone and plenty of it and the same with the drinks the hotel is amazing so are the staff they went above and beyond for us very hard working and always smiling will definitely be back

we stayed at H10Tindaya for 10 days. We really enjoyed our stay. Room we've got was on grand floor and we enjoyed it as we had access to it from outside. room was super clean and we had small bed set up for out toddler. bathroom was specious and also clean. we had half board option so we had breakfast and dinner included and it was perfect for us. breakfast had so many options everybody could find something delicious to eat. chef were cooking to order fresh eggs, omelets and the most delicious pancakes. Dinners offered wide range of meet, fish warm and cold food. every day Chefs were preparing pasta, beef and fish. Choices were changing every day we had pizza, burgers, fajita and even sushi. so every dinner offered something different. Breakfast and dinner at the time was busy and we waited for food but it wasn't problem for us as we were there to enjoy out time not to look for flaws. all team was extremely friendly and nice. they made time to speak to us and to our son. he loves giving high fives and all workers were super understanding and friendly. we choose this place based on the children entertainment and it was great. Pools and splash park amazing. Daisy club had so many thing to offer. Mini disco with the Daisy the mascot, fun time. dressing up and face paintings. our son is singing the songs all the time. And the best thing was access to the beach, sunbeds and wonderful clean and spacious beach. Hotel has its own access to the beach for hotel guests only so don't forget your key as you won't be able to open the door. You can also book boat trip from hotel. we decided to book Pirate Ship Experience. Highly recommend you this option. Captain can speak in 6 languages so everybody understand and could participate. trip took 4 hour and it was full of excitement activities for children and adults. we stopped for a lunch served on the boat risotto with chicken and veg, was fresh and tasty. Fuerteventura is known as the most windy island and its so true. Winds ae strong and because of that you can't feel the sun but don't ignore that as you can easily get a sunburn. I recommend you to take long sleeves as evenings are colder. we never go to the same place twice but after this experience we will consider coming back and we recommend this place for families.

Sixth stay,enjoyed two weeks of wonderful weather,all staff good as was the food etc.Will return again soon. Was pleased to have our request of a high floor and walk in shower was honoured.All the different Nationalities makes the hotel have an international feel. Only negative point is the steps to gate to access the beach could benefit from a handrail for those with walking difficulties.Also as on previous visits the card lock on the gate regularly doesn't allow access and requires a shout to someone in the grounds to open the gate... This is not a 4 star hotel, appalling way to treat hotel guests and being brushed off, don’t book this hotel much better ones for the money and they charge premium prices for a low cost budget hotel and don’t have high expectations for this hotel as you will be disappointed.

The most amazing hotel with the most stunning views, fabulous pools and wonderful facilities. All the staff went above and beyond, they were so very busy but always had a smile on their faces and were so warm and friendly. Myself and my 13 year old has a junior sea view suite which had everything you needed included(shower gels, shampoos, conditioners even a shaving kit and a comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, I couldn’t believe all the stuff you really only need to bring sun cream) looking straight at the sea and the most amazing sunsets.

I had been worried after reading some reviews but the stay was excellent. A lovely hotel, clean ,well presented and generally with friendly staff. Upon arrival the reception staff were efficient and friendly. The room was well appointed with a side sea view. Again it was in good condition, well decorated and comfortable. Toiletries/shower gel were provided. Dining was a little unusual by needing to book a time slot on the app. The food was very good in both choice and quality. My only criticism was the time taken to clear tables, the under resourced dining staff worked so hard to keep on top but at times it was too much and tables were left uncleared. Despite this they would remain smiling and often you would see the same staff at breakfast still working in the evening. Had one meal in the American diner which again was good. The pool areas were clean and never had an issue getting a sunlounger. The pool bar was good with decent drinks and cocktails. Evening entertainment was generally acceptable. Again the evening bars needed more staff as a wait was pretty much the norm. You could walk through a small gate onto a lovely beach. Overall a very nice hotel , good food and staff who worked hard. Stayed all inclusive and pleased I did as the resort was pretty poor, little to see and do, but it wasn't a problem as the hotel had it all, definitely will stay again.

Would never return. We travelled as a family and had two rooms in total opposite areas of the hotel. The property is dated and in desperate need of major refurbishment. The food is basic and beds super uncomfortable. On top of that it would appear that hotel is designed for Italian nationals and the rest of the world. For some reason Italian kids have their own playground and entertainment. During meals there’s and excessive amount of staff at the entrance to the restaurant that aren’t doing anything apart from staring at you. Warning - photographs kiosk beside restaurant is daylight robbery. Would not recommend and would not return. From positives is only spa area that comes at extra cost.

Definitely not a 4* worst h10 I have stayed at !! Food was not good , staff probably one or two that were nice some very rude ! Queues for bar !! I could go on ! But read the reviews that tell You all this and believe it !definitely would not stay here again !
