The hotel staff were excellent, but the beds in the room were the worst I’ve ever experienced, totally worn out, lumpy, dipping in various places, just horrible.
Fortunately, they moved us to another room where the beds were better but not great.

The room was clean although the bed felt like it had pebbles down near the foot of the bed. There was a homeless person on a bike yelling for I guess here plug in the middle of the afternoon. Upon check in the associate was rude and asked for my guests ID, which I thought was odd. There was only bar soup, so I had to purchase shampoo and conditioner for my guest. The last inconvenience was being told that there was no microwave on the premises. I understand it’s a budget motel but come on.

The room was clean when we walked in.
The bathroom did not drain properly. There was cacoroches in the room and the bathroom. I was slepping and I woke up to a cacorache crawling on my back. I felt very uncomfortable because I could not sleep after that.

I loved the remodel of the rooms. It’s clean and bright. I enjoyed my stay. Mr. Navarro was very efficient and friendly. The evening clerk is something else.

The matresses springs were broken and also the bed was wobbly. Dogs parking, people loud all night. Worst experience. Stay away.
