located in Central city of coventry. you feel the safety of this hotel is extremely high standard. very convenient to visit coventry university and sightseeings.

This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business trips. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and ******. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)

The room size is good, the location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the city center. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. There was a small problem with my room card, and the staff solved it very patiently! The hotel's breakfast is a self-service ordering system. I ordered an English breakfast. The quantity is really large and the taste is very authentic.

The hotel location is good & easy to reach. Close to Coventry Univ. Very friendly service.

It's an express hotel. There are better choices next to it. I don't recommend it.

Nice hotel, very safe

Because Coventry is small as a whole, transportation and attractions are relatively convenient, but the overall environment of the hotel is average, there are no slippers and toiletries in the room, the network quality is not good, the wifi is slow, and there is no signal when it is replaced by traffic, so the video cannot be swiped. . If it is used as a temporary option for one night, the price/performance ratio is not very high. Because it was selected by the reviews of the three premiers, I don't know if the others are the same.

We needed somewhere central to our plans and Premier Inn was the perfect option. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and we had a fab sleep in the comfy beds.

It did exactly what was required, good value, decent bar area, central. Clean and tidy, can't ask for anything more, met our requirements.

We tend to always stay at Premier Inns. Unfortunately this was not one of our better experiences with them. There was building work going on and while it was only from 8 am to 5pm, there were workmen all over the place and only one lift in use. However, as we were only staying for one night it was ok for us

Great location, parking offside at NCP with ample disabled parking spaces around 100yrd away. Give yourself around 20-25mins to travel to the Football ground & Arena.

Vanessa and staff were unbelievably helpful. Despite a small mix up and a few little issues, Vanessa dealt with them with immediate response and as such made a stressfull weekend that little bit easier. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect location & 3min walking distance from main town area. Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Idea for our requirements.
