Best Western Van Buren Inn

Check in process easy, attendant very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is not as pictured, in need of a remodel. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only negative about our stay was that the shower only had hot water for a couple of minutes! Everything else was nice...

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean however we did have a small roach in the bathroom. Told the staff about it and they said they would spray

I really enjoyed this Best Western. Nice friendly staff and super clean. The only off putting thing was that it is outside access to the room which is not what I thought I was booking. And there is no elevator to the second floor rooms. So be aware of these 2 things. The picture is deceptive.

The clerk at the front desk was amazing and went over and above his duties to make sure I felt safe. I'm very grateful for him.

The staff was great. The AC unit was very loud and the room was dated. Unfortunately everywhere around the facility smelled like cat pee. We saw him hiding under the stairs. The staff was great, the juice for breakfast was horrible.

We booked this last minute on our way through town. We were very pleased! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again
