The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from London Gatwick Airport. There is a hotel bus drop-off service, which costs 5 pounds one way. The room size is moderate, and the hotel breakfast is okay. Overall, it is okay.

This hotel is fabulous spot on, only opened 1st April 24, I stayed 3 nights working in Crawley the rooms are fabulous very comfy. All staff are very helpful plus very friendly they cannot do enough for you. My room was spotless very cosy, everything you need. I needed more milk and tea bags they gave me a lot more for the room. The food is beautiful lovely breakfasts and two main meals in the evenings really great food plus lots of alcohol choice and the lovely bar they have. I would stay here again in a heartbeat Thank you Raddison Red 😊

Thought I’d try this one in Crawley/ Gatwick as it has a gym. Cockroaches in the bathroom and hotel plays bar music until you complain at 1am. They also don’t answer the phone when you do call downstairs to complain about the cockroaches. Do not stay here if you need a clean bathroom and a good night’s sleep.

There had been some mix-up in the booking so my colleague and I got a shared bed instead of two single. Rahul and Arpit was so lovely and helpful and manage to change our rooms and was very keen that we were happy. We are very pleased with our visit. The hotel was nice and very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented.

DO NOT BOOK. Turned up to the hotel to be told that it had been closed for 2 years!!!!! Caught the bus back to to the airport where we found a functioning hotel with rooms available. Now we are waiting for a refund of our prepaid accommodation which was nonexistent. We had received a booking confirmation even though on their website it said it was closed. (And yes this came via our travel agency)
