Radisson Red Gatwick Airport

I have stayed a few times now and doesn’t disspoint - convenient for a quick stop over before / after a flight. Regular shuttle bus. Stylish room, amenities and helpful staff. Olga served us for breakfast, so kind and helpful - great start to the day. Will be back again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit, though unfortunately, there was a stain on my pillow when I checked in. Navigating the hotel with suitcases was also terribly inconvenient; my room was on the third floor, but access was poor, even with the elevator. The staff were unhelpful—no one greets you when you walk in. They are busy with "more important" things, like pretending to work at their computer screens. The service was nonexistent. There was a small gym where you could get a basic workout in. The room had a great shower with good water pressure and clean water. Location-wise, you can even walk to Tesco. To get to the airport, you need to order a taxi or take the bus—it’s just a one-stop ride.

Great location, lovely room which includes all the amentities that’s required, however, wasn’t happy with seeing empty dirty breakfast trays on both sides of the room that’s been left there since I checked in and was still there when I checked out.

I stayed here overnight for my early morning flight the next day. It’s convenient with bus stop just few mins walk, cozy restaurant and bar downstairs, and most importantly a goodnight and comfortable bed to sleep and rest ahead of adventures. Also, check-in was smooth, staffs were welcoming and attentive. Thank you.

Bathroom smelt musky and mouldy and it was - the rainfall shower head with heavy mouldy plus the state of the room (216) was dusty and generally smelt and felt unclean in places. Also, the service call we asked for at 5am arrived at 5:23am while we carried 6 large bags no help was offered to take them upto the room. The lifts were cramped as were the corridors so we struggled to get up and down the room with our luggage. If we had been staying longer than a few hours, we might have switched hotels.

Great hotel for an early morning flight. Shuttle service takes you directly to the airport. Hotel & rooms spotlessly clean. Hot showers. Safe. Everything you could want. Much better than the Heathrow equivalent.
