Hampton Inn by Hilton Crown Point

I was impressed with the hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The room was very clean very comfortable, and a very added nice touch was on the television on the screen. It said welcome. Andrew and I just felt like that was an added touch that made it and made the experience extra special.

This hotel was one of my favorites I've ever stayed in! The staff was all so nice and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled nice. The pool was warm and clean. I would love to be back soon to visit Pickle Time!!

The hotel was extremely clean, updated, and quiet. The staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. This may be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I had a great stay. B fast was good, and service was great. Nice, clean hotel. Only complaint is the pillows. They are small and squish to easy. Other than that, and outstanding stay.

I would've given this all excellents except the breakfast area person in charge was a bit lax on her duties. I was there around 8:45 and the hot pot with the oatmeal was soup - lots of liquid and just bits of oatmeal floating around. The cereal containers were either empty or small portions. Enough eggs for probably 3 servings and 4 pieces of sausage. What looked like cut up potato pieces were in some kind of liquid - maybe broth? But the potatoes were swimming in it. Seating, however, in this area is excellent with lots of it. Otherwise, everything else was excellent starting with the nice gal at check in and our room. What I truly appreciated was the walk in shower rather than a tub to climb over. Room prices are a bit steep but I felt safe here and you can't put a price on safety. There was coffee and hot chocolate always available in the lobby area. I wasn't disappointed overall in choosing this over others although this was chosen because of it being closest to the funeral home I was in town for.

Two Rooms 5 people, this property has exceptional staff and the property was great. The lobby and breakfast was clean and of good quality. The hallways and rooms were clean and cared for. Our room was clean. Bathroom was in great shape, Sleeping area was in great shape, Window shade blocked out sun and heating and cooling unit was in excellent working order.

The second day we came back to our room and we were locked out. After giving all the information at check-in. When we went back down to the desk after being locked out we were told they did not get it at check-in.
