This hotel has been remodeled and it looks gorgeous! Based on the mixed reviews we didn’t know what to expect, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by helpful staff, ate a delicious breakfast, and enjoyed the internet and Netflix. Rooms have minisplits and we used the heat since it was cold. Great showers, hot water, and bed was comfortable. Oh, and Netflix! We were also surprised to see a fridge in the room. Pool looks great but it was too cold out to use it. In summary, this hotel is a great value for the price.

Habitacion 101 con ruido estructural en el techo y pared, todo el dia.. no supimos si era una puerta contigua o si la estructura la movia el aire... ruido muy parecido a un ventana abierta

Excelente ubicación, el personal es muy servicial, me encantaron todos los espacios, me tocó el clima frío pero la alberca se ve muy agusto. Les recomiendo mucho el rooftop El Cielo y el desayuno en La Casona. Quiero regresar!
