Decent hotel near the centre of cusco. Good beds and clean rooms. Basic facilities. Issues with check in - they took me to the wrong room however were apologetic. Breakfast was very limited with only banana, orange, bread and ham avaliable .

I had a very comforting stay at this property. The staff were truly amazing, helpful, kind, compassionate, caring, amicable and always went the extra mile whenever i needed help with something, needed something. My room was what i needed and always came back to it clean. The breakfast provided every morning was very healthy, natural, and appreciated for sure. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Pricing was good on the pockets also. Thank you to Everyone at Hotel Cusco Plaza Nazarenas. My experience with you all was truly amazing and I am truly grateful and thankful for the stay and experience.

Cozy hotel, very good attention from the staff in general, especially Ms. Claritza and Juan Pablo Administrator who knew how to solve an additional reservation I had. Happy with the days I stayed and would 100% recommend this place to other people. Thank you

The hotel was nice, something always but cozy, I found the breakfast very basic, but what really bothered me was the attention of the receptionist I think her name was Gaby, she had no manners and it seemed more like she was talking to her schoolmate than to I didn't like one client, they should choose their staff better, otherwise everything was fine.
