A friendly female staff member came out to greet us. The facilities were great. However, the reservation rate was too high, so I was disappointed that I couldn't make a reservation for the next day.

The night supervisor has no respect for the customers. He is only there for the advantages he can obtain. Samir is aggressive, disrespectful and unpleasant. Samir has no place in the hotel industry or in customer service. Samir should be fired because he is damaging the quality of the hotel.

The location was perfect as it was right in front of Plaza de Armas. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was also satisfactory. However, due to the nature of the departure from Cusco to Machu Picchu early in the morning, the soundproofing is not good when other guests move around, so it can be noisy in the morning.
